🛍️ Orders
1: Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the UK, and to selected international destinations such as Europe, Asia and more. Not sure if we ship to your area? Just drop us a message or email — we’re happy to help!
2: When will my order be shipped?
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). For pre-order items, shipping will begin once stock arrives — we’ll keep you updated.
3: How will I know if my order has been sent?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email confirmation with a tracking number (if applicable), so you can keep an eye on your parcel anytime.
📦 Shipping & Packaging
4: What couriers do you use? Is tracking included?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 2nd Class for UK orders. International orders are sent with tracked services where possible. Most parcels come with a tracking link.
5: How much is shipping?

🇬🇧 UK Orders:
・Free shipping for orders over £50
・Flat rate £3.99 for orders under £50 -
🌍 International: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.
6: Is your packaging secure?
Absolutely! We carefully wrap all orders using protective packaging to make sure your items arrive safely and in great condition.
🔄 Returns & Issues
7: Can I return my order?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
We’re unable to accept returns for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind) — thank you for understanding.
8: What if I don’t receive my parcel?
- If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please check your tracking and contact us — we’ll help investigate.
- If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
🎁 Extras
9: Can I request gift wrapping or a custom note?
We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but we always pack your order with care — perfect for gifting. Let us know if you have special requests and we’ll do our best!
10: Where are your products from?
Most of our items are sourced from Japan, including limited edition and shop-exclusive goods. We personally select and import products to bring you something special and unique.
