Refund & Return Policy (Including Figures/Collectibles)

Refund Period:

  • Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

 

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

  • Figures/collectibles with manufacturer defects or serious damage may be refunded within 7 days.

  • Sale items, customized products, and blind box figures are generally non-refundable unless defective.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or gifts

  • Opened figures/collectibles or items returned due to personal preference (e.g., color difference)

 

Refund Process:

  • Contact customer service within 7 days, providing your name, order number, contact info, reason for refund, and photos if applicable.

  • Return the item(s) and invoice together; do not attach the return label directly on the product packaging.

  • For defective items, return shipping is covered by us. For non-defective returns, shipping is covered by the customer.

 

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Shipping fees and redeemed points are non-refundable.
