Figures/collectibles with manufacturer defects or serious damage may be refunded within 7 days.

Sale items, customized products, and blind box figures are generally non-refundable unless defective.

Return the item(s) and invoice together; do not attach the return label directly on the product packaging.

For defective items, return shipping is covered by us. For non-defective returns, shipping is covered by the customer.
